With oil companies increasing competition, human resources management has become the key oil companies gain a competitive advantages to achieve sustained value-added assets and the source of oil enterprise's core competitiveness and sustainable competitive advantage, human resources management and the status of the overall effect on the oil companies effectiveness and impact of major development. In the effectiveness of guiding role, the oil companies pay more attention to human resources management and the effectiveness of the performance. Human resources management input and the implementation of the work situation, whether achieved the desired results, with the Enterprise Strategy goal is the same, whether or not cooperation with other complementary management functions, whether adapt to the changes and demands? Oil companies need to work on human resource management plans and inspect the implementation, as a basis for continuous improvement. To oil companies how to evaluate human resources management performance assessment is a topic worthy of attention.The experts and scholars at home and abroad for enterprise human resources management performance evaluation has been made of certain results, developed a series of quantitative or qualitative analysis on the model and methods. But on the whole ,it is still lack of accepted standards, many studies are still in the exploratory stage. So the enterprise human resources management performance assessment methods and system of indicators will be one of the important issues covered the area of human resources management.
