Human resource management is a series of management activities,which aims at assisting enterprises to achieve strategic goals,constructing a scientific and reasonable human resource management system,and taking employees as management and service objects.Company a is a fast-moving consumer goods production and sales enterprise with its own brand in China.Its business has developed rapidly in the past decades.However,the mismatch between the rapid growth of business and the development of human resource management has become increasingly prominent,which makes company a face new challenges in the current fierce market competition.If this problem is not solved,it will seriously restrict the future development of company A.Based on the theory of modern human resource management,this study adopts the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,through literature research,interview and questionnaire survey,to study the problems of human resource management in company A.Through the design of interview outline and implementation,the researcher analyzes the internal and external environment of human resource management of company a and the overall situation of human resource management of company a in the form of SWOT matrix.Then,using the method of questionnaire survey,through the use of literature research and expert evaluation method,on the basis of reference to the relevant scales,we designed a company's human resource management questionnaire,including eight modules.Through the questionnaire and the comprehensive analysis of the collected data,this study found that company a has big problems in the three aspects of human resource planning,position management system and performance management module,which urgently need to be optimized and improved,and the other aspects are basically at an acceptable level.Considering the actual situation and development stage of company a,this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the three urgent needs to be improved and optimized,mainly including the following aspects: formulating and improving human resource planning,optimizing position management system,establishing a scientific and reasonable performance management system and a series of human resource management optimization measures,in order to help company a out of human resource management Manage the dilemma.At the same time,I hope that the research ideas and contents of this study can provide reference for human resource management of the same type of enterprises.
