ⅩCompany is the largest subsidiary of the X Education & Technology Group. As the largest provider of private educational services in China, X Education & Technology Group offers wide range of educational services and products includes English and other foreign language training, overseas and domestic test preparation courses, all-subjects after school tutoring, primary and secondary school education, educational content and software as well as online education. By far, X Education & Technology Group owns a network of 51 schools and over 10,800 teachers in 43 cities.In 21st century, as economy develops rapidly, human resource, which is the most precious resource, has become more and more important, especially for X Company, which belongs to manpower intensive industry and that is why it becomes critical to attain effective management on X Company's human resource for increasing high profit. For improvement of HR management, in addition to qualified management personnel, application of informational and systematized management tool is necessary. As one of the important parts of an ERP system, human resource ERP system has been developing to be able to provide the diversified solutions for the company and, together with other parts of ERP system, consists of an effective and high-level integrated enterprise resource system.This thesis discusses the HR management system based ERP system that is to bring the comprehensively-integrated management of the teachers resources, which is the core property and core resource of X Company, to the company. By applying the core value of the ordinary ERP system, the HR management system for X Company emphasizes the industry characteristics and the actual management background. According to the actual HR management procedures and demands of X Company, the HR ERP system has been divided to six functional modules.
