As the global high-speed development,the enterprise in all countries of the world is facing new opportunities and challenges,in an increasingly competitive market situation,the enterprise to get sustainable development,needs to be positive thinking how to promote the purple improve market competitiveness.As an important part of the daily management of enterprises,human resources are directly related to the overall competitiveness of enterprises and the survival and development of enterprises.Therefore,human resource management is increasingly valued by enterprises.At present,about how to perfect the human resource structure of enterprises,effectively play the role of existing human resources,improve the market competitiveness of enterprises,and become the focus of enterprise research.Text based on the human resources management related theory,this paper analyzes the develop the role of human resource management strategic planning,and analyses the human resource management strategy and planning process,based on this,with A company as the research target,profound understanding enterprise current human resource situation.Search,summarized enterprise human resources management during 2012 to 2017 working process of the formation of the relevant data,around the enterprise human resources structure and personnel qualifications on the statistics and analysis of the specific,understanding on the human resource problems A company.Based on the current development status and strategy of human resources,the problems and defects of the company are analyzed comprehensively.Finally,the relevant theories and methods are applied to form the basic framework of enterprise human resource management analysis,and make clear the specific requirements and basic contents of human resources strategy planning.The strategic layout analysis is only the beginning of this article,just to elicit the subsequent analysis of human resources.Therefore,the author based on the enterprise human resources management present situation,comprehensive leading enterprise in the next five years(2017-2020).the demand of human resources,internal and external development situation faced by the comprehensive analysis of enterprise at present,combined with the internal human resources management present situation,it is concluded that the supply and demand balance management strategy.Through every stage of the above analysis,so as to put forward the relevant problems,and in view of the problem analysis,looking for the forming cause of the problem,and put forward corresponding countermeasures in view of the problem,aims to improve human resources management for the enterprise provides some theoretical basis for reference.However,for any enterprise,its human resource management has its own characteristics,so it can form an effective reference to the enterprise,and it needs to analyze the specific company cases.Enterprises need to fully integrate internal development situation in perfecting internal human resource management process.Based on the current situation of human resource management of company A in this paper,the author puts forward A set of strategic planning plan to improve internal human resource management.
