With China's accession to WTO, the growing trend of economic globalization, the retail industry is facing unprecedented competition, mainly because the retail industry is one of the industries with higher degree of openness. Meanwhile, the chain of retail industry also has the characteristics of labor-intensive, so in the fierce competition in an invincible position, you need to better manage human capital development of a competitive advantage. The traditional human resource management is rising, a lot of problems, has become a fast-growing retail chain constraints one of the reasons.Into the twentieth century, information technology and the rapid development of Internet technology and mature applications, to the traditional manual management has brought new opportunities, such as ERP, SCM, CRM, E-HR information management of this new model, for enterprises more efficient management. Advances in information technology, making knowledge of the scope, form, scale, access, storage, and transmission have undergone tremendous changes. Knowledge is increasingly replacing physical resources as the key deciding the fate of resources. Thus, the focus of competition in the market will of capital, products, competition for resources such as materialized into intellectual resources, the talent competition; and management of people, especially the knowledge-based talent management will become the key to survival and sustainable development.With the development of information society, the rapid development of information network technology situation, human resources management is by the traditional manual management to implement new information management paradigm shift. Scientific, modernization and standardization of human resource management, will promote human resources development and utilization.This paper introduces the human resources management information on the basic concepts, current status and development of human resources management information system of values and format; followed for the LS Group's existing human resources management information system of the current situation, a detailed analysis of the current in human resources management and human resources aspects of information management problems and challenges, and the causes were analyzed. How to make more efficient E-HR information management system to facilitate the effective implementation of human resource strategy? On this basis, focusing on how to build effective human resources management information system is proposed, LS Group, information technology human resources management objectives, through the Human Resources department with the information depth interviews, a clear human resources management information systems need to achieve specific function, then the LS group developed information management of human resources programs, including the overall information architecture, construction investment is estimated the system implementation plan and expected results, etc.; Finally, the author based on the specific circumstances of LS Group's analysis, the implementation of safeguards.Finally, through a case study of LS Group, proposed the implementation of human resource management of enterprise information system success factors, hoping to be implemented on the ongoing human resources management or information technology companies to bring some inspiration and guidance.
