This is an essay based on a case study. In order to succeed in the strategic object of Moen Guangzhou Faucet Co. (hereafter refer to as MGFC) on the market share of faucet, make use of strategy plan and personnel management tools, the author try to put forward the human resource strategy that MGFC should adopt.MGFC is a joint venture company (80% by Moen and 20% by Guangzhou Faucet Co.). The major product is faucet, about 80% product ship to American market.On first quarter, 2005, MGFC's top management decided to extend the market share. Means the target of daily output on next year has reached to 50,000 from 13,000. Therefore, MGFC need to meet new requirements both on human resource planning and human resource adopt. At the same time, we can see that MGFC will face a lot of resource planning problems. The reason is that based on period experiences, MGFC is often lack of human resource strategy, what is more, no details recriument schedule.The author breakdown projects to analysis supply and demand. With the help of strategic human management theory and data analysis, the major conclusions drawn are as below: MGFC is not only utilizing existing resource, but also enhance stimulating associate system by training and internal promotion. At the mean time, it should recruit experts in hi-techlogy field.
