Application Of ORACLE HRMS In Project Management And City Rail Transportation Enterprises

With the GuangZhou Metro greatly leap-type development, it entered into the operation times of large wiring and high passenger flowing rapidly. Enterprise staff increases quickly. Under the cost and the benefit, enterprise needs to exploit potentialities internally, to stimulate the working enthusiasm, to reach the target of improving work efficiency internally. So it has a higher requirement of human resource management. The department needs to consider how to improve efficiency of the daily routine, to get them out of the tedious work. They are more focused on the development and operation of human resources, to serve to the GuangZhou Metro strategic service. So it needs to choose the ORACLE ERP software with the background of carrying out the urban railway traffic enterprise, and to establish a set of system which can conform to human resources management with the Guangzhou Metro business and strategy.This paper mainly participates in GuangZhou Metro ORACLE ERP-HRMS project through the practical work, to explore the new thought of software project management and ORACLE ERP implementation methodology in urban railway enterprise. Summarizing the policy of GuangZhou Metro project implementation effect and put forward software project management, and provides a reference for ORACLE ERP-HRMS in urban railway traffic enterprises or similar enterprises.The paper briefly recommends the source, the background and the current situation at home and abroad of the research. It introduces the theoretical basis of software project management, from the concept, effect, method and technology to the general situation. In the presentation of the implementation methodology in ORACLE ERP, it set focus on AIM(Application Implementation Method) and PJM(Project Management Method), and it introduces the business requirements of HRMS project represented by the GuangZhou Metro, including industrial features, target and scope, the method of the demand analysis, current situation and macroscopic demand. Through the research of industrial features, company situation, the status of the project and business requirement, fells together with the advanced methods and management policy of AIM and PJM. It strives to combine with the theories and the realities and analyzes these two things of application, experience and result in GuangZhou Metro HRMS project. At the end, summarizes after the GuangZhou Metro HRMS project put into effect, had saved 4000 working hours each year, benefit and management policies, and looking forward to the future of HRMS's development direction.
