With the rapid development of the global economy, competition of business turns more and more fierce. On the other hand, many of the enterprises in China lack of management experience in business process management especially lack of the process management foundation and the process management talent. And it is more and more difficult for the enterprises to meet current and future business Challenges when they are under traditional enterprise pyramid structure and complex business processes. All the enterprises have to face the same critical task that how can they become enormously competitive and win valued customer through business process management.Lean thought which come from TOYOTA focuses on reducing waste, optimize the process, it provide enterprise one of the best efficient management to reduce cost and improve their business operation, while the popular process management theory in western countries provides a possible methodology for enterprises process reform and the process stabilizing, customer satisfaction gaining. Both of the Lean management and process management methodology had been widely used in enterprise business practice and provide inspiration for enterprises in China.This thesis combine the theory and practice, and introduce feasibility and methodology of combination of lean though and process management, expatiate the marketing process design and implement plan with lean thought in E company. And how to choose and use the combined method and tool in the E company project are also introduced. Through business process management design and plan, E company can finally reform enterprise culture to implement its customer-centered strategy. The thesis analyzes the project target design and demands collection, and provides some suggestion on how to successfully execute methodology of combination of lean though and process management. |
