In recent years, housing prices in major cities in China, such as a runaway horse, the rapid rise, causing great concern in the government and society,08 years of preferential policies,09 years 4 trillion stimulus, letting prices leapt to a new level. However,09 since the end of a series of real estate control measures, the policy environment of real estate to play from the warm spring to the winter. Moreover, rising prices is not conducive to the healthy development of the industry, holding high the past, playing the kind of real estate companies, extensive management mode of operation to adapt the current situation. Real estate companies must return to nature of the market, that is customer-centric, quality as a footholdThis real estate company of W where the largest real estate companies, after 20 years of development, has become the industry leader in real estate. However, the company has to maintain the quality of growth, product quality has become a bottleneck in development of the company, the original management process has not ensure production of high quality products.In this paper, W real estate company specific research object, in which the enterprise policy, social and industry background analysis, combined with the quality of the current status of the company, was put forward to enhance product quality improvement program. The idea is to lean management, the company's manufacturing processes and recycling, which detailed statement of the lean process reengineering steps, methods, and examples of the evidence.Finally, by summarizing progress has been made and the work is proposed as a means of building the PDCA cycle of continuous improvement of product quality management processes in order to establish the industry standard to provide examples of high-quality research.
