Research On The Lean Production Management Process In S Corporation

For manufacturing enterprises, the wave of globalization rolling strikes, at the same time, increased the uncertainties they will face. Facing many uncertainties come from all directions, including internal and external causes of distress, the transparent production management and the information technology, undoubtedly allows businesses to be more punctual, efficient, low-cost to meet customer demand. Under the increasingly customers’ demanding and changing market demand environment, business process management is a necessary and sufficient condition for competitiveness and innovation to continuously improve. Lean process is an efficient means of operation which an enterprise must have.This article draws on the results of research theorists, in the analysis of multi-batch small volume production enterprises in the day-to-day production and management situation, we brought in the process optimization, lean process and the fine production lean production thought, and proposed the issues of optimization of multi-batch production enterprise manufacturing management process.Firstly, this paper analyzes manufacturing situation and manufacturing processes of the multi-batch small volume production enterprises, and weighted the pros and cons of theory in this area with practice, the refined the conception of manufacturing process management. Secondly, we ananlysed the qualities and conditions of manufacturing process management, and from its philosophy, means, organization and implementation of conditions, detailedly discussed the details of the program. Finally, we looked at the management mode in S company, to apply what they have learned and focuses on its core business management on the implementation of the program, laid the foundation of a flexible production management, and received very good performance in implementation.The other multi-batch small volume production enterprises can also get a good reference from this article.
