With the further strengthening of economic globalization, the trend of global integration,the enterprise human costs continue to improve, the production of raw materials prices arealso rising, these require enterprises to achieve efficientoperation. Shenyang A enterprisesecond workshop are precision components of A manufacturing workshop, especially inrecent years due to rising raw material prices,labor costs of employee growth, especially thehomogeneity of the increasingly fierce competition between enterprises and a series offactors, resulting in A company since2010second workshop of the falling rate of profit. Acompany is a manufacturing enterprise, the company needs the improvement of productquality, optimize the allocation of resources to achieve progress and innovation.This paper first analyzes the source, discusses the characteristics of the leanmanagement thought, and in the premise of lean thinking, status of the second workshopwere analyzed, including the second production lines, production efficiency, cost, logisticsand other indexes were analyzed, especially for the second workshop production efficiencyis relatively low, stock and other issues, using the lean thinking transformation, it analyzesthe possibility and feasibility of lean production. Second, the lean theory, starting from thepresent situation of the second workshop of A company, choose lean transformation of thesecond workshop of HTC project, study on how to implement the workshop layout, logisticstransformation, total quality management and other aspects of lean transformation. Leantransformation of the second workshop of Shenyang A company, can effectively reduce thewaste, improve production efficiency. Third, the second workshop of Shenyang A companyhow to reform the reform measures of lean concrete, to predict the possible in the process oftransforming the block.In the whole body of the thesis, there are five parts in this thesis, the first part is theintroduction, research background, research significance mainly introduce the article, writingmethods and innovations; the second part is the second chapter, is the lean production theory;the third part is the third chapter, the influence factors of the second workshop of A companylean transformation analysis; the fourth part is the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter,mainly through the case analysis, the process of lean transformation of the second workshopof A company is discussed; the last part is the conclusion, the summary of the article. Based on the process oflean transformation of the second workshop of Shenyang A company as theresearch object, has the practicability and maneuverability, is designed for the A companywide implementation of lean management, and other manufacturing industry implementinglean management.
