| In recent years, due to the terrible domestic and international economic situation, the market demand dropped significantly. The situation influenced the domestic enterprices especially export-oriented enterprises seriously. Coupled with the rising prices of raw materials, rising RMB exchange rate and the tight monetary policy, lots of domestic enterprises especially SMEs dropped into dilemma. Based on the application research of the Lean the Lean theory and Business Process Reengineering theory, the thesis is a important reference value for the positive self-help domestic companies that facing a grim situation.Based on extensive literature research and case studies, the thesis discussed the consistency and differences of lean theory and business process reengineering theory and the feasibility of applying the two theories simultaneously. The thesis proposed the view of applying the two theories simultaneously in the enterprise, and build the lean process for the enterprise. Take the LH company as a case, analysised the internal and external environment of the company deeply, and analysised the business process systemically, to find the problems that existing in the business process. The thesis introduced the preparation of lean process building, and aiming at the exsiting specific problems in the process to design the lean process. Considered the possible problems in the process implementation, make good preparations for the lean process implementation, to overcome the possible resistance in the process of implementation. Eventually implemented the lean process in LH company, established evaluation measures for the lean process implementation. In addition, made a brief introduction to the subsequent improvement of the lean process.Finally, the thesis drawn innovative conclusions as follows:1) By theoretical studying, the paper proposed the main consistency of the lean theory and BPR are improving enterprise management, reducing costs, improving the quality of products and services, improving profitability and enhancing the enterprise market competitiveness, the two theory all focus on the enterprise business processes, empha--sis on achieving improvement goals completely. The differences of the two theories are the two theories improve the process in different ways and in the improvement the two theories will face different resistance. The consistency of the two theories can guarante the coordination of the two theories in the combined application, the difference can make two theories form complementary. Therefore, two kinds of theory combined with practice for enterprises is feasible.2) By analysising the actual situation of LH company, pointed out high inventory level, high rate of defective products, not implementated the " customer first" business philosophy completely, high loss rate of foreign trade salesman are the main problems the company facing. By analsising the problems deeply, to make the business processes closer and to maximize the value of the company, the thesis redesigned the lean process of LH company from the6aspects of LH company lean manufacturing workshop layout, LH company lean products designing, LH company lean procurement, LH company lean manufacturing, LH company lean quality management and LH company devices lean maintenance3) By introducing the Lean process project team construction and enterprise culture construction of LH company, the thesis built the team foundation and cultural foundation for the lean process implementation. Put forward strengthening field management and quality management, strengthening the cooperation with suppliers and strengthening foreign trade salesman and customer management to promote the lean process implementation. And point out that the unit cost of the product, customer satisfaction and foreign trade salesman loss rate can be used as the effective evaluation index for evaluing the lean process implementation, and evluated the effect of LH lean process implementation preliminarily. |
