With the development of economic globalization,international trade,internet technology and the free trade area strategy actively implemented by the state,the trade barriers were broken down that the transaction cost,resource information acquisition cost,transport cost were reduced,which provide opportunities for the internationalization and collectivezation of DJ company.However,DJ company has problems in purchasing management,such as low level of purchasing informatization,poor connection of purchasing process,incomplete covering of process,extensive supplier management,difficulty of purchasing cost reduction,and inadequate management of collectivization.This paper has been using lean thought and business process reconstruction to reconstruct the procurement process of DJ company.The theory connotations of lean thought and process reengineering were discussed,The basic principles of lean thought and process reengineering were expatiated,and the management tools,implementation process and method of lean thought and process reengineering outlines were summaried in detail.Then the organization structure of DJ company,the functions and responsibilities of department and the current situation of purchasing management process have been introduced.The present situation of the company's purchasing organization has diagnosed on supply chain management theory and lean management thought.And the procurement process and supplier management process are analyzed by ASME method.Finally,the purchasing organization,purchasing process,supplier selection process,the bidding process,the performance management process have been redesigned with using the supply chain theory and lean thinking.The reconstructed organizational process are evaluated and analyzed with using supply chain information flow,ESIA theory,lean theory and strategic behavior.The safeguard measures of BPR implementation is putted forward with the aspects of information network platform,leadership support mechanism construction,publicity and training,professional talent team construction.
