With the development of economy and science and technology, global medical devices market has maintained a high growth rate is growing rapidly. Therefore, continue to grow in size, in order to develop perfect after-sale service system of medical devices need to be established to provide support and medical equipment service level connection bridge between customers and enterprises is of great significance. Aim is to service management, use of information systems for the production and management of enterprises to provide information management and support services, improve efficiency, reduce management costs and production costs, and improve corporate profits. This article introduces G company’s after-sales service as well as the application of information management system for information. System also enables enterprises to adapt to strategy development, promote enterprises to establish long-term strategic competitive advantages. Scientific management of information systems and applications are expected gains for business premises. Improving information systems design and implementation, integration of modern information platform for advanced science and technology, build a good foundation. By analyzing G Company’s using of business and information systems the company’s after-sales service, we believe that the difficulty lies in determining management of the information system mode, managed objects is often caused by irregular management may change, and management information systems need to be adjusted to fit the management object changes dynamically. Moreover, the enterprise develops to a certain stage to join the management of the information management system, the scope of business is also growing information is added or changed accordingly, in practice and continuously updated. Therefore, the relative lack of relevant management methods and theories, we need to study in the analysis of existing practices, continuously to sum up and explore new management models and information systems are combined to meet the Organization’s needs.
