Now Chinese ultrasound marketing is in rapid growing, the marketing strategy is playing an important role in the company’s survival and development. So studying of marketing strategy has become a very important task in the company.This thesis will take GE company medical ultrasound equipment including the main marketing strategy in china. At present the competition is very intense, foreign and domestic companies have entered high-end market. This leads GE company medical ultrasound equipment lacking of competition in some part of high-end market. Through the author’s working experience and investigation to find that there are some problems and need to find the solution.Combined with own experience in GE company medical ultrasound equipment, author has analyzed the current marketing strategy and related management situation of the company.
