Human resources is the prime resources of enterprises among natural resources,capital resources, human resources, technology resources, information resources and management resources, which are important resources for the subsistence and development of the enterprises.With the advent of knowledge economy and the rapid development of science and technology, human resources plays more and more important role in the enterprise competition.The effect human resources management produced has a direct effect on the enterprise's competitive power.In our enterprises how to coordinate, relationship between people and between people and organizations to combine the various departments organicly and realize reasonable operation at an ideal state is very important for the enhancement of competitive power and healthy and rapid development of enterprises.Through development after reforming and opening,enterprises in our country carried out many reforms in human resources management.In the present,which places does human resources management have not to be harmonic and how can we improve them? This study firstly in literature study way analyzed current research situation of harmonious management ideology.and then current research situation and basic ideas of existent documents,establishes a theoretical framework of human resource harmonious management based on human resource management theory,harmonious management theory and demand arrangement theory.It firstly redefined the concept and connotation of human resource harmonious management.and then expound the basic content of enterprise human resource management from six aspects,analyzed completely factors affecting enterprise human resource management,put forward methods to construct human resource harmonious management systems and applied it to human resource management of coal enterprises in the last part.The research results here in provide a new ideal and a novel method for our enterprises human resource management,which are also good references for constructing harmonious society and enterprises.
