Harmony, a supreme idea of human society, is a perfect living status which is always pursued by mankind. As the development of society and changes of social system, harmonious society has been a lofty social ideal of our human beings. The idea of promoting harmonious culture construction was proposed in the sixth session of the sixteenth central committee of the party, and as a cell of society and economy, enterprises are constituents of our society. The culture of enterprises is a very significant part of the whole social culture, So whether it is harmonious or not, is the key factor in the process of the construction of harmonious society. Business ethics is a sum of all the ethical relationships formed in the management activities, and all the principles and regulations in the term of morality and ethics coordinating all these relationships, and the inner-corporate management based on business ethics, which stimulates people's conscious activities by incentive,induction and ethical regulations, is a intrinsic flexible management in deep level. It permeates some ethical factors into every teacher of management, including people-oriented idea, humanity, science, responsibility and value, transforms the traditional management pattern, and results in a kind of sound, harmonious and sustainable management. Both the logical relationship between business ethics and harmonious enterprise culture and the question of how to use business ethics to build harmonious corporate culture under the background of modern market economy are important issues which are worthy of deep discussion. The significances of harmonious enterprise culture in both micro and macro aspects is a very important case which is worth of deep discussion. Referring to extensive relevant references in and abroad, the author concludes and analyzes the background and evolution of the study on harmonious enterprise culture; and illustrates several new concepts including harmonious society, harmonious enterprise culture, and the core competitiveness in enterprises; then discusses the relationship between harmonious enterprise culture and the core competitiveness in enterprises in micro aspect; proposes the significances of harmonious enterprise culture in promoting enterprises' core competitiveness and building harmonious enterprises; analyzes the demands of harmonious society to enterprise culture in macro aspect; and finally concludes the significances of the construction of enterprise culture in strengthening the enterprises' ideological and political work which is oriented with the idea of constructing harmonious society, as well as in the process of building two-type society. Besides that, the author points out that assumption about human nature and philosophy of harmony are isomorphic logic fulcrum by systematic carding of common theoretical premises and value tropism in the term of business ethics and the construction of harmonious enterprise culture; and provides path supports for the construction of harmonious enterprise culture and tries to find a way for the construction of harmonious enterprise culture by business ethics.
