Suddenly it become a society ethos "harmony".In traditional culture, harmonious thought as the core of Chinese traditional philosophy, including Confucianism and Taoism thought and their exponents target will be harmonious as a school of philosophy.Harmony refers to the dialectical unity between different things,and refers to supplement each other between different things.Therefore someone introduce the concept of "harmonious" to management field, and then produce the concept of harmonious management, as well as management philosophy thoughts on an important discovery.Harmony in academia study, or the study of harmonious management emerge in endlessly,especially professor Xi Youmin in 1987 proposed that the "harmonious management" theory.Xi Youmin under the stress management is the overall direction of each organization member’s autonomy and move, dealt with the uncertainty of the people and things of the infinite l interaction can be optimized.Xi Youmin emphasizes the interaction between autonomy and active members of each organization under the overall direction of the organization, handling human tissues uncertainty and things infinitely optimized nature.This article mainly through to the human resources and the related theory of harmonious management, as well as the relevant theoretical knowledge learning, and harmonious management related literature, formed harmonious management of human resources related concept.Finally, combining with the actual situation of A’s company as well as the existing problems, try to building the A’s company harmonious human resources management system,and it would be applied to the A’s company.Harmonious management of human resources plays full use of enterprise human resource value and appreciation value, and release more of the human resource value.A company after the application of harmonious human resources management system, all aspects of A company has greatly improved.In environmental aspects,corporate culture is more harmonious environment,and people-oriented thinking has been the use of corporate management. political environment more harmony, established a "respecting labor, knowledge, talent," the social and political atmosphere of public opinion, the company’s legal environment more harmonious, the legal system continues to strengthen.In institutional terms, a company has developed a practical human resource strategy, formed a human resource management mechanism of competition, improved employee motivation and initiative to optimize the human resource management incentive mechanism, combined with the formation of long-term effective mechanism for training and staff training and career development. In interpersonal relationships, the relationship between employees is more harmonious,and staff quality is improved.The relationship between employees and management personnel is more harmonious, and it achieves timely communication between staff and leadership,and the relationship between the leadership is more harmonious.It reflected more in the work more tolerant and understanding.In the allocation of resources, business objectives more clearly, human and material resources matches the needs of harmonious configuration management.
