To accomplish state of coal chemical industry development, reform and development of coal industrial human resource management level has the profound significance to realize the coal industrial upgrading.This article through to the human resources system construction after the related theory elaboration, thought habit of traditional coal chemical enterprise management mode, in the aspect of human resources system construction lack of scientific, reasonable and effective means of talent difficulties for the enterprise development.
