Research On The Construction Of Harmonious Enterprise For China Petroleum 7th Construction Company

In order to accomplish the harmonious environment inside and outsidethe enterprise, the China Petroleum 7th Construction Company (CPSCC)depends on the good cooperation among all the functional departments andsome important factors such as the enterprise's production, operation,management, and organizational structures etc. The CPSCC builds twomodels. One is harmonious enterprise cultures model, and the other isharmonious enterprise construction model. During the process of buildingthe models, the CPSCC pays more attention to the cultures which play thedynamical roles and support the idealistic assurance, mental power, andintellectual supports for the harmonious enterprise construction. According tothe petroleum construction enterprise's characteristics, the paper analyzesbackgrounds which the CPSCC builds the harmonious enterprise, theenvironments, and the present cultures in the company and concludes thenecessity for the harmonious enterprise. The article still analyzes theproblems in the harmonious construction. By this way, the article gives thewhole schemes, the basic conditions, and the two models for the harmoniousenterprise construction. Next the paper analyzes and studies the CPSCC'sdevelopment, quality, market, human resources, science and technologyinnovation, safety and so on and provides the specific measures for theharmonious internal environment. In addition, we still analyze the CPSCC'sexternal environments from social environment and natural environment andgive the specific measures for the harmoniousness. Anyway, this article'sviewpoints and specific measures for the harmoniousness are very importantto the CPSCC or other companies that try to accomplish the harmoniousobjects.
