Qinghai province is a unique natural geographical units in the Tibetan plateau,ecological status is very important,forming the rich and unique plant resources in Qinghai for its extensive areas,variety of terrain and climate. At present,there are lots of researchs in plant resources for various regions of Qinghai,but still lack of comprehensive and systematic studies for the unitary plant resources of Qinghai,in view of this,the article dedicated to studies comprehensively in the plant of Qinghai and Sanjiangyuan nature reserve,where has important ecological status in Qinghai,and also discussed the digitization of plant resources,meanwhile,the research of several kinds of typical wetland plant microstructure contributes to reveal the direct connection between plant internal structure and Sanjiangyuan alpine wetland,it also can broaden the method of the plant resources digitization.The research of Qinghai plant resources and Sanjiangyuan wetland plants mainly adopt the method of field investigation and relavant literatures analysis,in this process,images,habitat,distribution,morphological characteristics and other dates collected can apply to the digitization of Qinghai plant resources at the same time. The research of typical wetland plants microstructure selected 6 kinds of wetland plants which are common in Sanjiangyuan wetland,using paraffin section technique to observe and measure the microstructure of root,stems and leaves.Research figured out the number of family,genus,and species of Qinghai and Sanjiangyuan seed plants, and analyzed the distribution features and floristic composition in this three levels. Qinghai digital plant herbarium have been digitized 62 families and 522 species,having the function of precise and fuzzy query,scholars can refer to all kinds of plant dates by the digital plant herbarium. The research for microstructure of 6 typical wetland plants shows that wetland plants shared a common characteristic in developed aerenchyma,however,there are big differences between typical aquatic plants and other wetland plants,the former is Hippuris vulgaris and Halerpestes tricuspis,the latter is Carex moorcroftii,Kobresia tibetica and Blysmus sinocompressus.
