Design And Implementation Of Cross-platform Mobile Land Resources Management System Based On Flex

Land resource is vital to people’s livelihood. It is the mother of wealth. However it is non-renewable resources. All kinds of problems about land not only have a big effect on the sustainable development of national political, economic, culture, society, but also involve the masses’vital interests. Traditional land manage mode has revealed a lot of problems which need be solved promptly. Such as low orientation precision, a large number of outdoor work, low work efficiency, low information updated speed and so on. Each lever land management departments face huge challenge. The challenge is that how to plan land properly, how to take use of land efficiently,how to find land information in the area within jurisdiction at any time and anywhere and update them timely. By these efforts, making manage mode comes true digitization and mobility.All kinds of new technology and new products have developed very promptly since1990’s. Such as Internet technology, mobile intelligent terminal equipment and GIS. Among them, GIS has become a direction of geography information system development at new period. Mobile GIS has achieved great success that applied in land, forestry, city management, vehicle navigation, more and more areas that relying on a number of its mobility, real-time, client diversity, diversity of resources advantages.Through the study summarized the application of mobile GIS and mobile GIS development, development status, choosing the Flex mobile development technology which is combined with the ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Flex API GIS technology constructs the Cross-platform Mobile Land resources Management System. In the land resources management of Shanxi Province in Xiangfen County and mobile data service of ArcGIS Server support, the system can be installed in the mobile intelligent terminal which has different operating system (such as iOS, Android, Windows Phone). The system can access the ArcGIS Server map service through3G network, it realizes the land resource data real-time information query, real-time data editing and updating, mobile GPS location outside the industry,daily inspections and other functions.The traditional land resource management in the problem is effectively solved,the work efficiency and the management level has been improved obviously.It is rich in land resources management information level and provides supplementary and reference for the mobile GIS in the application and research of land and resources management...
