A Study On Quality Control In Nuclear Power Station Construction Period

In this thesis, treating quantity control of nuclear power plant during constructing period as researching object, the principle and method of project management are used for studying the factors which affect quality badly and the valid controlling means applying to them, so that the project can be completed in time, and attain the quantity target of the project. This thesis includes mainly the following 5 aspects: Firstly, this thesis summarizes the main content of project management, expatiates the status and significance of quality management; as well as point out that the quality management is one of the key controlling factors in project management. Secondly, this thesis has summarized the quality conception of project construction and discussed basic quality management theory, basic quality management principle, working procedure of quality management and controlling method of project quality. Thirdly, this thesis has discussed safety significance, quality character and quality-forming process of nuclear power plant; analyzed the factors that affect project quality; studied the method of quality control, including quality control of constructing process and purchase process, during constructing period of nuclear power plant and discussed finally the main quality-controlling means applied by quality assurance department. Fourthly, this thesis has compared the quality management method of nuclear power plant to that of conventional project, including mainly quality assurance program, quality manual, constructing and purchase process during project performance and quality validate. Finally, a summary of this thesis has been made. I hope that the quality-controlling method of nuclear power plant can play an important reference role in the performance of important conventional project.
