| With the quick development of nuclear power in China, the old managementmodel for Nuclear Power Plant construction is no longer suitable, a new managementmodel is urgently demanded. In the past, domestic project usually adopted the modethat plant owner manage the construction direct, which could result in lacking ofhuman resources, and wasting of human resources after project accomplished andrelated management works decreasing.By researching and comparing several kinds of main management modes in theworld, deeply analyzing the mode for TAOHUAJIANG NPP and its problems, andconsidering the actual situation that domestic NPP construction AE Company is stillin the beginning stage, this article proposes that it would better to adopt improvedEPC (engineering, procurement and construction supervision) management mode, andpoint out the general framework design thinking and principle, new mode applyingprogram, management liability and control key point for TAOHUAJIANG plantowner. Meanwhile, it also raises the programs for guarantee, organization andmanagement system adjustment of mode improvement. Furthermore, pre-evaluationfor applied result has also been done in this article.The research achievement of this article, which combines the advantage of OwnerManagement Mode and EPC contractor mode, has very important theoreticalmeanings and reality meanings, and could provide reference for other Nuclear PowerPlant Owner to decide management mode. |
