Research On Nuclear Power Plant Multi-project Integrated Management System For Construction Companies

Nuclear power plant(NPP) construction has stepped into an era of developments of scales after learning and absorbing advanced experience,independently researching and developing technologies. At present, the NPP investors, general contractor and construction companies are faced with the challenges to manage and build multiple projects at the same time. The current level of technical support, project management and control abilities, project planning and coordination capabilities and deployment of resources(human resources, financial resources and materials) no longer meet the needs of our NPP and enterprise developments.The thesis conducts a survey of the managements of multi-projects and informatization applications among NPP construction companies and analyzes problems during the management of multiple projects for NPP construction companies in aspects of company management, information technologies and external conditions. By applying multi-project management theories and China NPP construction companies’ past experience in NPP construction management and informatization applications, the thesis provides integrated and control solutions for multiple projects for NPP construction companies, analysis of the nuclear power project management overall demand, put forward to the enterprise strategy as the dominant strategy and cost management as the main line,to the progress of the project design concept for the hand and so on 8main business, project management, technology management, materialmanagement, the contract management has carried on the key analysis.Then, on the basis of the construction enterprise project of nuclear power more centralized management solution to the "construction enterprise nuclear power project integration management system" of the overall objective, construction idea, system architecture, database structure and so on, and to plan management, document management,material management, cost management, decision analysis and management in 14 business as an example the overall design of the system function module.The thesis ends with innovative point and future work of the thesis.The thesis has high reference significance and practical value for NPP construction companies to conduct integrated management and control over multiple projects and allocation of technologies and resources.
