With a strong proponent of energy conservation, coal, oil and other fossil fuels are gradually led lost its luster; nuclear energy is its low resource consumption, environmental pollution and the characteristics sought after by the countries.Qinshan Nuclear Power Station (Phase III) quality control and management as the research object, to project management and quality management as a theoretical basis, the system described in the process of building nuclear power plants on quality management and quality control mechanisms and accountability at all levels of hierarchical implementation issues.This study mainly from the following description level to the objective:First of all, introduced the background of the development of nuclear power plants and the development of the situation in China; second article describes the use of the basic theory that the project quality management theory, and described the quality management theory and the theory of the development process, the representative theory, with emphasis on description of total quality management; then presented the characteristics of nuclear power plants as well as the quality management system objectives and requirements, leads to the Nuclear Power Station (Phase III) Mode, and quality management and quality control of scientific proof, objective analysis in the construction process problems, and actively explore solutions.In this paper, a large number of charts and data described in the nuclear power plant construction process quality management and the importance of quality control, indicating the owners and contractors in the construction process of the responsibility should be the conclusion that the nuclear power plant construction process, strict quality management and quality control is a prerequisite to ensure the safety of nuclear power plants in this important conclusion.
