On the aspects of building archive informationization standard system construction include: constantly improving and perfecting the business standard system, information technology standards, carrier standard system,, and related businesses standard system. On the aspects of building the related law of archive informationization, include: strengthening the legal system, the special legal construction, informationization and e-government legal construction.This paper analyzes the bottleneck problem of archive informationization construction. Bottlenecks of system: first, the archive informationization system need to improve ; second, application system construction need to be unified; third, the mutual authentication system of remote use need to establish.
