Today, with the development of shock wave storage measurement technique, applying the wireless transmission technique to the shockwave storage measurement domain already becomes the trend. This paper combines the conventional storage measurement technique with the rising wireless communication technique,designing thewireless control,wireless data transmission system which applies it to solve unreliability,operation difficult problems that lineate cable brings in by locate equipment's wireless manner,and for storage test system provides a unified time base.First of all, this paper based on the requirement of shock test system, chose the wireless sensor network ZigBee as the shock wave of wireless connectivity testing solutions. In this paper with the wireless ZigBee module mainly, with the MSP430 microcontroller as the central control unit, design a whole set of wireless sensor network storage test system. According to shock test requirements, respectively the design of wireless modules and power supply system, microcomputer control circuit and software, storage test system, and proposed the design of the wireless detonator ideas.Finally, developed a wireless control, wireless data transmission shock storage test system, and did a large number of experiments about wireless trigger errors and field test. Test results show that:ZigBee wireless sensor networks can be done well, parameter setting and wireless trigger, wireless data transmission, and verify that the overall system reliability.
