Shock storage testing technology has been studied for many years, and the technology has matured. But the underwater shock wave's test technique is still placed in researched stage. the exterior environment of underwater shock wave test is very complicated,So the phenomenons what the data line splits or test system moves and loses take place very easily for the traditional shock wave test system, these cause fail.Therefore, when carrying on studying on underwater shock wave testing, we hope make use of underwater acoustic communication technology to control the test system and read the test data of the test system by wireless.This paper is according to underwater acoustic communication technology to carry on studying to wireless data transmission technology of underwater shock wave testing.Before the wireless data transmission system of underwater shock tests has being designed, This paper introduces the historical background and basic knowledge of the acoustic communication, gives the distinction between the type of acoustic channel,then clears the speed of sound in seawater and spread of the influencing factors. Later This paper analysis the key technologies of the underwater acoustic communication: hopping communication technology, synchronization technology , and so on.In the design process, at first underwater wireless data transmission system was studied and designed in the overall composition. According to the system's requirement,we choose some of the key components, such as the AD9833 DDS, such as acoustic transducer,and gived the electric circuit of each part detailedly. Paper gives a way of signal coding to ensure the orderly dissemination of the signal. In order to obtain valid information in the receiving part of the design, we discuss balanced exposition of the range, synchronization technology and its implementation methodology, And the article gave the design of software. This article also gives the design of communication protocol to ensure that the receiver and PC , transmitter and the receiver , transmitter and measurement system with the normal communications system.
