According to the demand for the test of blast wave,In this article,we will combine the test technology and the wireless communication technology,designed and researched a memory test system for superpressure of blast wave which having the wireless establishment and the control function.This test system is mainly composed of the sensor, power management circuit, signal recuperation circuit, signal gathering and storage circuit, USB readings circuit,wireless communication circuit and the computer and so on.The signal gathering and storage circuit is the core in ths system. The application of FPGA realize the control system logic sequence, using flash memory for data storage and make systems data have been tested is not lost because of power-down;and the use of wireless communication devices to make the operation to test system performance more convenient and reliable.The input voltage of the piezoresistive transducer,gain,sampling frequency and negative delay can respectively be graded programming through the wireless communication equipment and USB of test system;with ZigBee wireless device control system mode for example:turning on or off the power,triggering;recording the time of explosion by using recording devices at the explosive moment,making each measuring point with a uniform time base.In addition,when the pressure--time curve of the overpressure in the shock wave was taken measurements directly by this test system,we also can obtain the average shock waves between the two measured point, and thus converted the average shock wave peak overpressure between two points,then to determine if the directly measured value of the shock wave overpressure is reasonable.This test system with shock tube system calibration method and the practical exploding experiment,obtaining ideal blasting test data, the test system is proved valid and reliable.
