The accurate measurement of the overpressure and the impulse produced by explosive blasting, may provide the basis for distinguishing the types of the explosive,the power contrast of the explosive and the performance evaluation in the weapons research process. To solve the problem of the Universal Test System emplaced inconveniently and the stored testing system need to be recycled,this paper has designs and develops the wireless sensor node applied in the shock wave test, and explores a new method of shock wave test , which has the function of wireless data transmission and control.This paper has analysis the development of related fields, gives a sensor node design proposal based on the PIC16F877 micro controller ,the CPLD complex programmable logic device and the nRF24L01 wireless transmission chip according to the shock wave test requirements.I designs and debugs the analog circuit and the digital circuit of the node data acquisition storage module, chooses the ICP sensor, and solves its low battery voltage power supply problem. This article has studied on the low power consumption high speed wireless communication module, the reliable survival micro-antenna which applied in the explosion environment, the wireless communications protocol to ensure accurate data transmission,and the master-slave network topology apply to shock wave test.Finally, I has carried on a test to measure the average data transmission rate and the communication distance of sensor node.The node had applied in exploding experiment, gains the overpressure measured data and confirms the node system's validity.The experimental results show this node has characteristics such as the low power consumption, simple the structure, easy to operate,stable and reliable, and the higher data capture rata.so it has a very good application prospect and the promoted value in the overpressure of shock wave test.
