Design And Realization Of Automatic Control System Of CDQ

Coke Dry Quenching (CDQ) technology is very important in coking plant industry, which is economy and environmental-protection. Now, the CDQ technology develops rapidly at home and aboard. The controlling level of the CDQ technology is at the moment of developing and rising as its application is later at home. Especially the controlling of stove temperature of it is not very mature. So developing a mature control system of CDQ product process has very important meaning.Based on the two sets of 54t/h CDQ project of the Shougang Coking Plant, this paper designs the control system formed by engine carries contraposition, material-place control, boiler controls and steam feeding and other setting. Aiming at the actual technology situation existing in Shougang, it perfects the control system. By analyzing the control strategy, control logic and dynamic characteristics, this paper develops the basic project of material controlling, water supplying,boiler controlling and other control process. This paper also develops the way of control of engine contraposition, material-place of dry quenching slot and the boiler system. And in the way of boiler system, this paper develops the system of low-liquid alarm and automatic-interlock stop.The changes of temperature of the dry quenching stove should be small as the performance characters of the material of its. But there is a fact that the temperature of the dry quenching stove appears bigger fluctuations with the increasing quantity of the coke. Aiming at this actual problem of stove temperature control, this paper puts forward the method of fuzzy PID control. It makes dynamic adjusting to the temperature and the changing rate of the temperature using the fuzzy controller. It has better controlling effects according to the results of the simulation.According to the debugging and the circulating on spot, this system can satisfy the product demands of Shougang Coking Plant commendably. And it realizes the purpose of the product process which is steady, high-effective, convenient and safe.
