| Temperature control system is a common and important system. in this paper the new control scheme combined conventional control theory with intelligent control theory applied to control the temperature is researched , the intelligent control system of temperature is designed with the stove of SKL-1-10. based on LabVIEW ,the system realized many functions as parameter set, showing the temperature curve in real-time, data printing etc.First, the characteristics of temperature object is analyzed in terms of thermodynamics and the model of the object is established.Then, according to the delay characteristic of the object, several conventional control methods is analyzed, furthermore, a new fuzzy neural control scheme with DMC is proposed. simulation results show the effectiveness of the scheme.Finally, the control system is designed and related software is programmed. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the new control scheme . |
