The current production of wet coke quenching control systems most use the conventionalPID control,its inadequate is also found in the actual field, it takes long time to achieve thebalance and generates severe fluctuation when switches to high voltage control. Aiming at theseproblems, propose that improved fuzzy controller with multi-correction factor controls thewater pressure.After the simulation in the Matlab, several common fuzzy algorithm are transplanted intoPLC. The better robustness and faster response of fuzzy algorithm is shown in the contrast withthe method that tuning parameters in PID with ZN theory. There is a steady-state error and theuncertainty of inference rule in fuzzy control, and the rule derivation is simplified by correctionfactor without the elimination of steady-state error. The steady-state error will be eliminated bymulti-mode-multi-stage fuzzy PID with a integral part, but the defects of difficulty to deducethe rule and redundancy parameter are still remain. On this basis, a method of fuzzy controlwith multi-correction factor is proposed, and it will be achieved by continuous function. Anintegral part is introduced to eliminate the steady-state error and simplify the rule of fuzzyderivation. The number of pre-optimization parameters is less than other method. A goodperformance of controlling is shown in simulation and experimental results, and it is easy toachieve in the field.The algorithm is applied in wet coke quenching water hydraulic control system, designsautomatic wet coke quenching system based on S7-300, realizes the automation of thequenching systems, epigynous machine uses the WINCC, The man-machine communication isgood. The whole system achieves control requirements, verifies the effectiveness of thealgorithm.
