| Shopfloor data acquisition and publishing is core infrastructure functions in Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and an important part for smooth production. The effectiveness and timeliness of shopfloor data acquisition and publishing impart directly on the production operation and successful implementation of MES. Supported by"auto lock cylinder automatic assembly equipment transformation"and"lock cylinder assembly shop MES"projects from an automotive electronic Ltd., the dissertation studies technologies about data acquisition and publishing of shop floor in MES, which are important for the data acquisition and publishing of discrete manufacturing shop floor.Firstly, the dissertation analyzes and summarizes elementary knowledge about MES, such as background, structure and function, development and trend, some problems needed to be solved. Secondly, By combining the development trend of information technology and the informationalization requirements of shop floor production and management, some important problem in the informationalization process of the discrete manufacturing shop floor data acquisition and publishing needed to be solved are pointed out. On this basis, by using Web publishing technology and B/S structure synthetically, the structure of the discrete manufacturing shop floor data acquisition and publishing is constructed, and the database access technology using ADO.NET, the dynamic publishing principle, method and system structure of the shop floor data are explored. Thirdly, utilizing the Object-oriented software engineering theory and unified modeling language (UML), the models for the shop floor data acquisition and publishing system in MES are built, which provides a foundation for the related software development. Fourthly, by utilizing industrial microcomputer, the related technologies about flexibility and openness transformation for an auto lock cylinder automatic assembly equipment imported by an auto electric enterprise is explored in respect of hardware and software of the control system, aiming at solving the single product oriented and information closeness problem of the equipment. The general control architecture is present. The key technologies about communication between industrial microcomputer and programmable logic controller, data acquisition and equipment operation information publishing are described in more detail.Finally, combined with"auto lock cylinder assembly shop MES"from an automotive electronic Ltd., a prototype system is developed by using Microsoft Visual Studio.NET, SQL Server 2000 database, ADO.NET access, Web publishing and the like synthetically to validate the ideas, theory and method proposed in the dissertation. |
