Germany's Industry 4.0 opened the curtain of the fourth industrial revolution in the world.For modern factory buildings,the data acquisition of industrial Internet of Things is especially important for the realization of intelligent manufacturing.The factory can be better managed by collecting and analyzing industrial data.Therefore,this paper introduces the design of an industrial data acquisition platform.The industrial data acquisition platform mainly completes the collection of three kinds of data,including the collection of device data,the data collection of the lamp and the data collection of the report.For the machine equipment in the factory,the industrial equipment represented by the sensor is mainly used to obtain data.However,in the context of the Internet of Things technology,the degree of intelligence of industrial equipment is constantly increasing,and the number of devices used is also increasing,and the source and scope of data collection are more diverse.In this context,there are many types of industrial communication protocols for transmitting data.Since PLC communication protocols of various manufacturers are inconsistent,there is no unified standard,and network communication is often hindered by many communication protocol message formats.To this end,a data transmission protocol is designed.Through this protocol,a software module(called a soft box)can be designed.This module can be used to replace the traditional hardware gateway,solve the problem of insufficient expansion of the traditional data acquisition system,and improve flexibility.In the data collection part of the lamp,this article treats the device alarm and other lights information in a unified manner,collectively referred to as process events.The alarm micro-service is designed.The micro-service parses,distributes and executes the user-defined rules,and pushes the alarm information to the relevant responsible person by SMS or email,thereby improving the handling of faults and events.effectiveness.In the data collection part of the labor report,RFID technology is used on the production line,and the RFID reader installed at the corresponding position of the production line can read the RFID electronic chip through the antenna,and the background writing program reads and writes the electronic chip.Through data acquisition of the RFID electronic chip,real-time tracking and positioning of the workpiece on the production line for reporting,reducing manpower and material resources consumption.The platform also designed a production line simulation interface to simulate factory production in real time.Through the development of the data acquisition platform,it is possible to effectively handle equipment alarms,production line reporting,evaluation of factory production lines,workshop work conditions and future prospects,which can further improve the development of the factory.
