The Research On Performances Evaluation Of Competitveness Of Media Industrial Clusters

A majority of international competitive media industry adopt the model of cluster, which has become a common phenomenon. The thesis tries to evaluate the performances of media industry clusters using the relatively mature approach of comprehensive index system on the basis of industrial economics theories. In the beginning, regarding of the differences between the media clusters and the general ones, we believe that it is the cluster innovation network and the rational governance and cluster structure that the crucial elements of media clusters competitivenes.Then we try to learn from the Balanced Scorecard of Cards to analyse their implementary processes.At last, we use the relative theories of GEM and CIPM models to analyze and interprete the important and core elements of the performances evaluation of media clusters, in an effort to make some acheivements of the study of the media cluster competitiveness.Being a creative and comprehensive work, the purposes of the evaluation are to compare the differences of media clusters and conclude the successful experience and analyze the reason and take effective measures to promote the healthy development of media clusters.At first, the thesis tries to design the research index route system and then programe the implematation and interprete more deeply to the affacting factors of the competitiveness of media clusters using the relative theories of GEM and CIPM models.There are the main points as follows:First, put the innovation network of cluster into performances evaluation index design of media cluster, as the core elements of the performances evaluation.Second, put the structure of cluster into performances evaluation index design of media cluster, as the important elements of the performances evaluation.Third, stressing performances evaluation index design of the innovation network and structure of media clusters, and it's process design.
