The Design And Implementation For College Charge Management System

With the gradual further reform of the education system in colleges and universities, school enrollment has been expanding. Schools also showed diversification. Means for students to pay the costs are becoming increasingly complex, which makes the fees and charges'standards have become increasingly complicated. Therefore, the difficulty of the work and workload are increasing. Management of student fees is a traditional basis for the management of education, which is extremely costly about human and material resources. Therefore, the only effective way to improve the efficiency of students'charge management and reduce labor intensity is the use of advanced information technology and improved means of charge management.This thesis studied the selection and application of the software architecture in the management information system. It also investigated the developing model and technology of information system for university fees and charges management. Focused on the design and realization of better colleges and universities charge management on the basis of the C/S and B/S hybrid architecture, this thesis gave detailed description of how to uses the C/S and B/S hybrid architecture, SQL Server database, PowerBuilder and ASP.NET technology and system analysis from the business processes functional description. Based on the above analysis, the thesis provided introduction of the system design program, the structure for each modules used in architecture and the design and implementation for various functional modules.Furthermore, the ASP.NET object model and the characteristics of ADO.NET database access components are analyzed and discussed. Focused on students in the actual charges management system project development, this thesis discussed how to divide the functions of the C/S and B/S hybrid architecture according to specific system requirements, how to divide the user layer, business layer and data layer, how to use ASP.NET technology to deploy three-tier structure, and how to achieve the interaction and the reasonable allocation for functions among them in order to achieve optimal system performance. As a C/S and B/S hybrid architecture, this thesis proposed to improve system security and control user access based on databases, networks and applications in all three aspects to discuss the ways to improve system security. Finally, this thesis summarized the main topics and research results, and prospects for possibilities of further development.So far, the system has been successfully run in the Hunan Institute of Humanities,Science and Technology for over two years, and has achieved good economic and social benefits.
