With the development of medical industry,the people's health consciousness is more and more strong.The outpatient service is the first face of the department when people go to see a doctor.A lot of complicated outpatient charges and procedures for medical treatment have caused medical staff and patient's distress.Today,with the rapid development of data technology,using new computer systems to help hospital outpatient services to solve complicated and unnecessary payment and medical procedures has become an important topic of outpatient charging research.Through the data,we can study and analysis of hospital outpatient charges management system,rebuild the system process of hospital and promote the rapid development of hospital,we also can reduce the doctors;daily work burden,improve their work efficiency.This article basic analysis the Kunming Third People's hospital outpatient fee handling system,the present application status of the similar system and determine the main content of the paper.Secondly,from the analysis on the existing hospital outpatient system,to optimize the business process,and resorting and reengineering the business process of Kunming Third People's hospital outpatient charging management.In functional analysis,this article through to the Kunming third people hospital outpatient service charge management system use case analysis,the overall function of package diagram,has been clear about the system main participants and the main functions,including fees,hospital administrative personnel and so on,the main functions including patient information management,price charge management,outpatient appointment management,query cost management,refund management,statistical analysis;In data analysis,in this paper,the system has the function of the careful analysis of the data needed,the detailed class diagram is given and entity class diagram,and the required database tables;Paper finally,the research content is summarized,the shortage of the paper are pointed out,and the further work were also discussed.
