Design And Implementation Of College Student Charge Management System Based On J2EE

With the gradual deepening of the reform of education system,the scale of running schools in colleges and universities is constantly expanding,and the way of running schools is also diversified.At present,colleges and universities face the society and raise funds for running schools through multiple channels.Tuition income has increased greatly,and its proportion in total income has been continuously increased.It has become a major source of income for schools and an indispensable strong guarantee for the normal operation of colleges and universities.As an important part of college financial management,strengthening college fee management has become an important part of college financial management.Strengthening the charge management of colleges and universities,adopting effective measures to bring the charge management into the systematic,standardized and scientific track,is an important guarantee for the smooth development of various colleges and universities.As a regular financial work in colleges and universities,student charge work involves a large workload and concentrated time,as well as various charging items and standards.It is very difficult to be timely and accurate,fully paid and not missing.Therefore,based on the practical problems existing in the charging work of colleges and universities,this paper innovatively puts forward methods and measures to improve the management level of student fees,and designs a set of charging management system for college students based on this,so as to fundamentally improve the financial work efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of the charging work.In this paper,the process oriented method is adopted to analyze and design the charge management system for college students.Meanwhile,MyEcplise are used as development tools,Java and other technologies are applied,and MySQL is used to complete the design of background database.As the system adopts a three-layer application architecture based on B/S mode,the database service and Web service can run on the platform of multiple operating systems.The system adopts the modularization design idea to design the system function module,which facilitates the maintenance and upgrade of the system in the later period.The system mainly includes seven functional modules,including basic information of students,receivables,fee collection,fee refund,tax reduction,account table inquiry and system management.Financial toll collectors can enter the basic information,set different professional students of different nature of receivables,through different ways of collecting fees,according to the different query conditions of each department,each class and individual students pay cost and the lack of information and so on,the system function can meet the needs of the current student fees management,rich and easy operation,on the whole can improve the quality of financial personnel office,schools can get reasonable make full use of resources,and information security,stable and reliable operation,low cost of development.The J2EE-based college student fee management system not only realizes the information management of student fee-based work,but also improves the efficiency of the financial department's charging,and adopts the more advanced client-side technology in technology,which makes data transmission more efficient.It is of great significance and value to realize the scientific,informational and regularization of college students' fee management work.
