In the informationization times nowadays, All the companies are already in a big global competitive market ,various kinds of manufacture enterprises are facing the information communication problems and how to efficiently organize to produce and deliver goods on schedule according to the order and the stock situatiom, for example, when a plant receives the job order, first the Supply Chain should get the stock information at first and make the purchase plan according to it, Production department will make the production plan according to the stock situation quickly so as to arrange the production ASAP, Lodistics dept. will also prepare the maintenance plan according to it to help the enterprise to achieve the goal, Therefore, the management of the inventory information of a production enterprise is very important. These processes are generally standardized, and many companies want to use information technology to improve the productivity and information management level.Based on this, this article carries on the analysis and research in the comparative systematic way of the total design idea and development project of the inventory managment system in the general production enterprise, the main research work done has the aspects as the follows:Firstly, this article mainly studies the general design way and development project of the inventory management system of the ordinary production style enterprise, and ADO database visit technology, production control flow and software way are especially introduced and discussed thereinto.Secondly, the realize way for job order receiving, normal order production, backing up job order, stock management, finished-product in & out, RM in & out and production reports are brought forward here, by using this tool, the managers could react quickly, reduce the useless time defined in the Lean manufacture and improv the production efficiency.Finally, by taking Delphi as the development tool and visit the SQL Server database through ADO, the author designs and carries out the achieving of each function item in a inventory information management system including the customer log-on, each item process and the report etc. The Information Management System for Production Orented Inventory researched and designed by the author is convenient to use and control by the enterprise internal production planners,standardizes the daily maintenance and management work of the inventory information, improves the company working efficiency and informationization management level. The design idea of the production style enterprise inventory information management system researched in this article also has a certain reference function to the information-based system construction of the enterprises.
