Inventory management,production control and distribution scheduling are important stages of a supply chain,therefore a good strategy of replenishment,production control and distribution is vital for the capital turnover,operating costs and ultimately profit of an enterprise.Inventory inaccuracy(the discrepancy between the physical inventory and the system inventory record)does exist in the real-world,production and distribution stages of a supply chain,which brings negative impact on the operation of supply chain management systems.In the existing ERP systems or information management systems,it is difficult to eliminate inaccuracy by management systems themselves.Although increasing the number of audits or deploying RFID systems to improve the accuracy of inventory records can reduce the impact of inventory inaccuracy,it may also increase the operating costs of enterprises.In this paper,replenishment,production control and distribution scheduling problems under inventory inaccuracy are described firstly,along with the integrated replenishment/production/distribution policy.Based on that,the problem is extended to a complex systems composed of one supplier,multiple retailers and multiple products.A solution of developing an integrated management system of replenishment,production and distribution based on the J2EE platform is proposed.According to the requirement analysis of the system,by using the SSH2(Spring+Struts2+Hibernate)integrated development framework under the B/S architecture,a detailed description of the development of every module and some key technologies are given.The system can overcome the disturbance from inventory inaccuracy with less audits and minimize the cost of the three stages mentioned above.Through the test of teach module,the system runs normally and stably.The users can log on to the system for operation on PCs.The system has a good application value for its simple and complete function modules,friendly user interface,high reliability,ease of use and other features.
