Since the reform and opening up, the coal industry plays an important role in the development of the national economy, which is to promote the development of the national economy energy security. However now advocating environmental protection, ecological and environmental protection, to give up the extensive development, the policy of sustainable utilization of energy is pointing down, coal enterprises facing great difficulties, is also a innovation of iconoclastic rare opportunity.Since the reform and opening up in 1978, China began to open up to the world and rapid integration into the economic globalization, China’s market economy has been booming, it can be said is leaps and bounds, people increase for the pursuit of material level, all walks of life also have mushroomed in large, a large number of enterprises increases will inevitably bring the fierce competition between the various enterprises. In order to make their own enterprises can stand in the competition, to stand out in the competition, the enterprise must adapt to the modern requirements of change, from a long-term perspective to find out the shortcomings of the enterprise and improve the technology to improve the system, formulate reasonable scientific planning, so as to greatly improve the efficiency of the production efficiency of enterprises, achieve leap growth. Science and technology has been highly developed today companies if they are lazy to use routine production technology that seasonal impassability, inventory management information system based on ERP by virtue of its high degree of information, comprehensive functions, operation convenient, expanding etc. advantages are very suitable for coal enterprises now need to be changed.Science and technology for the development of modern enterprise has become indispensable to the existence of, along with science and technology increasingly rapid change, computer science and technology has reached a artificial difficult to reach the point where, scientific inventory management information system has for enterprise senior management of physical layer have the profound understanding to that it has entered into human society in all areas of industry and plays a traditional inventory management to achieve the height. Inventory management information system has many advantages, it can greatly improve the efficiency of inventory management, so that the enterprise inventory management has become efficient, scientific, orderly, standardized. Firstly, this paper discusses the coal company inventory management information system of the project background, then on the problems facing the enterprise system design and development based on the analyze to survey the system’s functional requirements as well as non functional requirement, and with use case diagram and flow chart of system is elaborated.Then we based on the demand analysis, the structure of coal inventory management information system design. According to the design requirements and functional requirements of the enterprise, we propose the system design objectives and principles, and the system architecture design is divided into two modules: system technology architecture and function architecture. In the design of the technology, we consider the main problem is the system’s expansibility, maintainability, portability and performance problems. After considering the actual situation, we decided to adopt the J2EE structure of the hierarchical model, and analyze the function of each layer. And we in the system function structure design, the main consideration is the system each part of the function, and then gives a dynamic system function process.After the inventory management information system architecture design, we realize the inventory management information system design. In this section we, according to the characteristics of coal subsidiary business needs, business to design system function module, the design of each module were described in detail.In this part, in order to enable us to fully understand the design of inventory management system, we firstly introduce the development of information management system in the energy industry, and analyze the position and function of inventory management information system in enterprise management. Then we give the overall structure of the coal inventory management information system. In the understanding of its overall structure, according to the needs analysis of the diversified management and integrated management of the two ideas were discussed in detail and the overall design of the various modules.After the successful design of inventory management information system, we analyze the implementation of each module in detail, and give the whole ER diagram and the concrete realization of each part of the system.Finally, of course, we have to of coal company inventory management information system before the line test system for a simple introduction, and further improve the problems existing in the system are proposed.In summary, based on the analysis of business needs and inventory management ideas, the design and implementation of the energy industry’s inventory management information system.
