Study On The Simulation Technology Of Highway Freight Station Based On Flexsim

The main problem of functions and development potential of the modern highway freight station now at our country is the faultiness of logistics programming and inconsequence of the operation of logistics. Naturally formed logistics system is very difficult to ensure their reliability, rationality on the collocation of logistics resource and the structure of logistics network. At present the freight station operation management is mainly by experience, has not use optimizing theory and method, so unreasonable phenomena often occur in station layout and operation, and greatly influenced the station.Along with the development of computer simulation technology, object-oriented discrete virtual reality simulation technology has become forward position of the computer simulation technology research, computer simulation technology with less investment, short operation cycle, quick and safe without damaging, etc. Therefore has been widely used in industrial production, transportation, military and other fields, and achieved significant results. Although the simulation of freight station can improve the efficiency of planning, just as the reason of simulation software itself being lack in facility objects of Highway freight station, simulation technology in freight station planning application has not been made a progress. Based on the jingshan freight station as an example, try using object-oriented discrete virtual reality simulation technology to study freight station.Flexsim software is a typical integration between virtual reality technology and discrete object-oriented simulation. In order to build highway freight station simulation model, this paper comprehensively analysis Highway freight station facilities and various objects in the Flexsim software mapping relationship, which is proved feasibility,at the same time,it makes a second development.By using 3DS MAX,this paper build many 3D models of facilities in the freight station successfully apply them in the Flexsim, and establish user objects library of freight station in Flexsim. The establishment of the user objects library increased the speed of freight staion's simulation modeling and it will be good at simulation modeling for freight station in future.This paper comprehensively analyze simulation characteristics of highway station system and discrete system simulation method, build simulation model in the example of jingshan freight station. Through analyzing model, find out the system bottlenecks, optimize the scheme by using different combination of parameter, finally get optimized highway freight station model. With the establishment and optimization of Highway freight station simulation model, it verifies feasibility and effectiveness of object-oriented discrete virtual reality simulation technology in Highway freight station simulation.
