As a booster for the development of national economy, logistics industry is rapidly developing in our country, as a member of the express logistics,fast small freight transport (hereinafter referred to as small express)based on the road long-distance passenger station also in rapid development. Due to the rapid development of logistics industry and the network advantage of road long-distance passenger transport, service for small business became available in the long-distance passenger express, at the same time, the owner’s quality of service demand is higher and higher, more and more tolerant of service time, delay is low, so business of small expressserved by the long distance bus also urgently needs to improve its service quality and service efficiency. This article is precisely under such a background, which is using the long-distance bus terminal small express in Beijing liu li bridge as the research object.Base on thorough investigation and study, we build a service process mathematical model of queue theory to optimize the passenger express service for small process. In this paper, we first assume that the customer to obey the poisson distribution, the front desk service time obey negative exponential distribution, using the method of maximum likelihood and X2fitting inspection do the test validation of customer arrive distribution and service desk service time. Secondly,we take the process of the service security and weighing services as a single service desk system modeling, and the charge window services as more service desk system to build a model, using MATLAB software calculate the system indicators required in the process. Finally we optimize the whole service system modeling to, come to the conclusion that the optimized.In order to verify the scientific nature and operability of the model, we useC++and FLEXSIM simulation software for the optimized simulation of the process of small express service. In this paper, the optimization model not only can be used in the passenger express service system for small, it is also can be applied to the Courier company and random service system. From a practical point of view, it not only can improve the satisfaction of customers, but also reduce the passenger express for small business cost, and improve the quality of its service.
