Computer simulation as an important part of advanced manufacturing technology,it’sessence is to use simulation technology for computer technical support,unified modeling ofthe various elements of the production line and production process,and reflected themanufacturing process in a virtual environment,in order to more effectively organizeproduction planning to enable enterprises to gain greater profits. In this paper,I used thecomputer technology to design the three-dimensional warehouse of a pharmaceuticalenterprises in Henan and proposed the optimization scheme. By the using of computersimulation methods, it can provide services for production management and cost controls.And it also demonstrated the feasibility, practicality.and superiority of computer simulationtechnology in this field.Computer modeling and simulation designing is the core of this article. In this paper thesimulation software of Flexsim is used as a platform to study the subject. Flexsim is a newlydeveloped3D simulation software which afforded for the small and medium-sizedenterprises.It can be directly run on the PC, but also have the new features that others doesn’thave.In the application part, first a full exposition of the theoretical knowledge was made tothe system modeling method; this medicine three-dimensional warehouse modeling andsimulation of the detailed steps of the process were studied by using Flexsim,and analysisedof the Flexsim simulation process and methods in the work,and also described the simulationof the basic steps and key technologies by using Flexsim, and established a Flexsimmodel.Secondly,by using the Flexsim computer simulation software to monitore the operatingstatus of various entities in the actual production process.Finally,the model simulation resultswere analyzed.Through the data input on the actual operation of the system processedsimulation,and obtained the responses to the input conditions.At the same time,directlyreflected the congestion and the location and extent of the bottlenecks in the system.After acomprehensive analysis of improvements to help managers find the exact production bottlenecks,and to reduce unnecessary waste,and improve profit margins.
