Research And Implementation Of Medicines Management Information System

Medicines management information system is the important part of HIS and the development of a medicines system for HIS is quite necessary. The system has the functions of Stock-taking,and report form for leechdom in correspondentce with the doctor's advice and expenses. This paper presents a new plan for the system based on C/S,Oracle DataBase and PowerBuilder.The key techniques related to the system has been introduced, and the typical ones are as follows: PowerBuilder DataWindow,Oracle,sql*plus Optimizer. And the system has fullfilled the need of the Data Security,Data Sharing,Fully embedded and Standardized coding. The medicines management information system is developed by using PowerBuilder and sql*plus.According to the information of doctor's advice ,the system would compute the medicine amount and the expenses for patients,and the remaining stock of medicine is caculated at the same time.The user login with the authority is used for the access of the system Oracle DataBase.
