Study And Design On The Recreation Area Management Information System

The information is the significant tendency of economical and social developments in the world today; and it has already become the important factor and the direct productive force of realizing the economical and the social developments. Along with the rapid development of tertiary industry and growth of recreation area, the recreation area creates the increase of mobile personnel; the public security, the fire prevention and the criminal cases are increasing day by day, the police cannot adapt and meet the need of the society of the management in recreation area with traditional manual ways. Therefore, we must establish the Management Information System of Recreation Area according to the information technology, such as the computer technology and the networking support. Then the information, the management and the system can be linked effectively, and it can make the police control and manage the recreation area with management function maximization, the service optimization, and the management standardization.This article is based on the need of The Public Security Bureau of a certain District of Chongqing, according to the developing conditions and technical level of information management system, actual situation of the recreation area management at present. The System realizes automation of every operation in recreation area, and provides evidence of surveillance and management through the statistic function. It can strengthen the surveillance to service people of the recreation area and the fire protection facility, discover the hidden danger promptly and make processing, moreover the system's surface is friendly, the operation is simple, and maintenance is convenient.The main study is as follows:(1) Learn about the development stages and conditions of management information system; analyze the two main methods of developing management information system: structure lifecycle method and prototyping method.(2) Analyze the function module,operation flow and system structure of the whole system, choose the network operating system,developing tool and database server fitted for the system to design the system collectively.(3) Study the database conceptions and its logic structures; design the entity chart and database structure of the system according to the basic theories and design flow of the database, the characters of the system information.
