In the direction of the macro-design principle and the state design theory of the Stored Testing and Measuring System (STMS), the research and produce of certain type of Solid-state Data Recorder system is described in detail in this paper. The system is mainly used to store and measure the dynamic parameters from every routes, and the test data can be recovered after reclaim.In the base of introducing the research and development of Solid-state Data Recorder at home and abroad, to begin with function index the paper describes the composition principle and the realization of the recorder, analyses the design of functional modules of various hardware and logic timing and design of anti-logger high overload and electromagnetic compatibility is discussed also. The solid-state data recorder is composed of editing and memory. The editing is responsible of gathering 25 groups of simulated signal and receiving 4 groups of RS-485 digital signal. After mixing the data in one combined frame, one group is transformed into the standard PCM symbol stream form for the telesignalling equipment on the missile, and the other one is delivered to the telemetry memory for saving directly. The telemetry data recorder have the capacity of anti-high overload which can be reclaimed after the experiment and the stored datum can be taken out from the spare reading connection. The system takes the programmable logical component FPGA as its core controller which has high integration and is flexible and reliable. The system take Flash Memory as its storage medium which has big capacity and long data storage time, the flight parameter can be recorded during the entire journey. The data recorder adopts LVDS technology to communicate with the ground comprehensive test system, receive ground-based computer's control command, download the real-time editing data, read memory data. The communication and hardware circuit of LVDS are introduced in detail in this paper. The synthesis protection technology of the telemetry data recorder structure which include buffering technique and encapsulating technology is also introduced in this paper. According to the design principle, the editing uses"cage steamer tray"structure and the memory uses"multi-layered nesting cushion"structure for reliable reclaim of the memory.The solid-state data recorder has been applied in testing, reclaiming successfully, and getting the data.
