The Data Sample and Storage System are used in the radar, airborne, spaceflight, Weapon and so on. For the requirement of high-speed data sample, it is necessary to design a higher speed and larger capacity storage system. It is a challenge on the storage speed, the storage continuous time, multi-channel real time storing and reliability. In this article, a kind of design method of solid storage device based on NAND Flash chips is introduced. The system is based on VXS structure, and PowerPC440GX is used for CPU, fiber for data interface, Xilinx XC2VP50 for the high speed data stream controller, DDR SDRAM for system cache, NAND Flash chips for solid storage module. The capacity of the system can be expanded and storage speed can be accelerated by adding storage modules onto the VXS backplane. The record device consists of fiber channel interface control module,Flash storage module,solid record enclosure and backplane.Firstly, the hardware structure and the principle of the system is introduced ; Secondly, the structure and function of each module is introduced; Lastly, the design method of the logic of FPGA and control software is shown. This solid storage system has the character of high speed, mass capacity, expand easily, anti-adverse environment and so on. The development of this system brings out a resolution for high speed and mass capacity storage system.
